Private Training

Understanding what motivates your dog to learn is part of the fun.

IN-PERSON TRAINING UPDATE:

All of our initial in-take sessions are being done via Zoom in order to review your dog’s current training level and teach you training fundamentals both on your own and with your pup. Thereafter, our trainers are doing both in-person and virtual follow-up sessions tailored to each dog and family’s individual needs.

Private dog training sessions are designed to focus on your unique needs
to make your life with your dog, both indoors and out, as stress free and fun as possible.

Isn’t that why you got a dog in the first place?

HOW PRIVATE TRAINING
SESSIONS WORK

FOR ALL PRIVATE DOG TRAINING SESSIONS:

Before we meet:

You will provide answers to a list of very specific questions about your dog via a comprehensive behavior history questionnaire. This saves a great deal of time at the initial consultation and allows us to maximize our time with you.

During the initial consultation:

  • We will learn more about your dog’s issues and your environment.

  • We’ll help you learn and understand the root of your dog’s behaviors and work together to map out an action plan.

  • We encourage you to be ready to take your own notes.

After we meet:

  • You will receive a summary with action items.

  • You will receive targeted training materials that we have created and gathered for you to continue the work we started.

  • We will decide together on a recommended number of follow-up sessions to help you meet your training goals.
